Dal Bafla

Quite similar to the popular dal bati of Rajasthan, dal bafla is a lip-smacking delicacy. Bafla is cooked like bati and conventionally served with tuvar dal but it is also relished with kadhi, gatte ki sabzi or urad dal. Balls of dough are drowned in spicy dal and served as a filling snack.
