Breathtaking beauty, picturesque backdrops and the majestic snow-covered Himalayan peaks make Aru Valley among the most beautiful locations in Kashmir. The best time to visit the place is from March to November.

Aru Valley is located in the Anantnag district of Jammu and Kashmir, about 12 km from Pahalgam and about 11 km upstream from the Lidder river. The drive up to the village is an unforgettable experience.
