Day 1

Road trip map

Start from Hotel at Imphal, Visit Govindajee Temple, Kangla Fort, Nupi Keithel, Shaheed Minar & Polo ground. Drive to Loktak lake; enroute visit ISKCON temple, Red Hill India Peace Memorial, INA HQ and INA Museum. Evening Cultural programme at a village house at Thanga Village. Overnight stay at Sendra island  Classic resort at Loktak Lake.

Govindajee temple is a sacred center for Vaisnavites.
Kangla fort is an ancient capital and seat of the royal power of Manipur Kingdom.
Nupi Keithel is the only market in the world with all its stalls run by women.
Loktak Lake: The most enchanting and one of the biggest freshwater lakes in India. It is here that the world's only floating National Park exists.The Sendra Island Resort offers dazzling views of the lake.

Day 2

Road trip map

Early Morning boat ride in search of the Sangai in Keibul Lamjao National Park at Loktak Lake. After breakfast drive to Churachandpur, explore Ngaloimoul Village and visit the Ngaloi falls. Drive to Imphal. Afternoon can be spent watching a game of Polo. Evening at Sangai festival venue to enjoy cultural extravaganza. Overnight at a hotel in Imphal.

Keibul Lamjao National Park is the only floating National Park in the world.
Churachandpur is a bustling tribal town and district headquarter. This place is famous for bamboo works and handicrafts.

Day 3

Road trip map

Visit CWWG cemetery. Departure from Imphal Airport. 
The cemetery has 1,600 Commonwealth burials of the Second World War and is maintained by the Commonwealth War Graves Commission
