Flanked by lofty mountains on three sides, the stunning Thosegar Waterfalls is a treat for visitors and can be easily visited during a trip to Satara in Maharashtra's Konkan region. Falling from a height of about 1,600 ft, it is one of the highest waterfalls in India. Reaching the waterfalls requires walking for 15 to 20 minutes coupled with some hiking.
