Flanked by lofty mountains on three sides, the stunning Thosegar Waterfalls is a treat for visitors and can be easily visited during a trip to Satara in Maharashtra's Konkan region. Falling from a height of about 1,600 ft, it is one of the highest waterfalls in India. Reaching the waterfalls requires walking for 15 to 20 minutes coupled with some hiking. The waterfalls is divided into smaller falls of varying heights.
