  • Makai Chevada

    Another savoury snack made from fresh corn cobs, milk, ghee, green chillies, ginger, salt, sugar, coriander seeds, coriander leaves, mustard seeds, pinch of asafetida and oil or ghee.

  • Sev-khamani

    A quick savoury snack made from Chana Dal, fine sev, green chillies, garlic, ginger, sugar, oil, turmeric powder, lime juice and mustard seeds.

    A sweet and tempting dessert made from wheat flour, ghee and water

    Comprises of one or two steamed or fried snacks called farsans, a green vegetable, a tuber or a gourd shaak, a kathol, one or more yogurt dishes, raita or sweet shrikhand, rice or khichdi, toor dal, and sweets like halwas, basundi or shrikhand.
