The Shri Vighneshwar temple was built in 1833. The temple is famous for its Deepmala's and the Golden dome and is situated on the banks of river Kukadi. Among the Ashtavinayakas,  Vighneshwara temple has the Idol of Vishneshwar Vinayak, facing east & its trunk turned towards left. The idols smeared in vermilion mixed with oil, has two emerald studded eyes & a diamond on his forehead & in the navel. Riddhi-Siddhi stand on either sides. Lord Ganesha here is worshipped in his incarnation as 'Vigneshwara' or the remover of obstacles.
