    Chick peas cooked with ginger and onions and lots of spices. Served with boiled spiced potatoes and deep fried Indian bread (Bhature) made of a mixture of wheat and flour.

    Piping hot deep fried flour shells stuffed with a spicy potato mixture, served with sweet tamarind and mint chutney.
