Zakir Gulab Baag is Asia's largest Rose garden, spread out over 30 acres of land. Established in 1967, around 50,000 Rose bushes of 1600 different species bloom here. These have been planted in beautifully carved out lawns and flowers beds. Apart from roses, there are also trees that have medicinal value. The garden is located next to the city centre. Every year, either at the end of February or beginning of March, a Rose Festival is celebrated at this garden.
