Contest Terms & Conditions

1. By entering the contest, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions.
2. Employees of Department of Tourism (Government of India), Kalari Kovilakom and Grey Worldwide (India) Pvt Ltd and their families/relatives are not eligible to
participate. No purchase is necessary to enter any contests.
3. The Department of Tourism (Government of India) reserves the right to stop the contest at any time without prior notice and without assigning any reasons for the
same.
4. The decision as to the winning entry lies with the Department of Tourism (Government of India) only, and is final and non-contestable.
5. Winners will be contacted by The Department of Tourism (Government of India) and will have to avail their prize within the specified period.
6. All prizes are non-transferable.
7. The prizes cannot be exchanged / redeemed for cash.
8. The Department of Tourism (Government of India) is not liable for any warranty, expressed or implied, concerning the prizes.
9. The prizes will be subject to the terms and conditions imposed by the concerned hotel / airline.
10. The Department of Tourism (Government of India) is not liable if the prize differs from user expectations in any way.
11. There will be no claims against The Department of Tourism (Government of India) in connection with the contest.
12. Indian Airlines award tickets shall be valid for travel for the winners till 31.12.2006
13. Award tickets shall be valid for travel on domestic sectors only in econoly class
14. Award ticket shall be given from the nearest airport of hometown of the winner to the nearest Airport of the destination via short route
15. Return award ticket hall not exceed a maximum of four flight coupons
16. All government taxes/levis shall be born by the winner
