Garoi Ashram (30 km): Situated in the village of Garoi in Jagatsinghpur district of Odisha, the ashram is one of the most frequented pilgrimage destinations in the state. The Ashram is a sanctuary of peace and serenity and famous for Jagannath Temple and Swetabata (banyan tree with white-colour fruits).
Jhankad (42 km):
Located 60 km and 15 km from Cuttack and Jagatsinghpur, it is famous for the Sarala Temple. The presiding deity of the temple is Goddess Sarala. Here Goddess Saraswati is worshipped as Goddess Sarala. One of the most renowned temples in the state, it draws pilgrims throughout the year.

Known as ‘Tulasi Khetra”, the place is famous for the temple of Lord Baladeva. A grand car festival held here annually draws a mammoth crowd.
